Product Description:
Surface sizing agent BRSS-202 is a cationic all-polymer surface sizing agent. It can meet the sizing needs of medium and high speed paper machines (especially film transfer sizing) with its advantages of fast maturation speed, low dosage, low dependence on aluminum sulfate, strong resistance to humidity return, and low fluctuation of dosage due to weather and other environmental factors. The product is less corrosive to the paper machine and can be applied to the sizing needs of high-speed paper machines for containerboard, high-strength corrugated board, coated whiteboard and other paper machines.
Functions:
1. Especially suitable for harsh sizing needs such as summer, high temperature or high
humidity, with the advantages of low dosage and low fluctu
ation.
2. It can be used alone (without adding aluminum sulfate) in the surface sizing process.
3. It has certain hot water resistance (40-50
ºC).
