In order to enable belt conveyor in the production use to lower consumes, the machinery wears slightly, high transportation efficiency, the material non-loss.request the conveyer idling to start, reduce start-up resistance, should adjust loose and tight degree of the belt before driving machine, to ensure normal operation
The belt strictly forbid contacting with fat class material such as gasoline, diesel oil, machine oil etc. In order to avoid the conveyor belt is corroded
The belt conveyor can stop only after unloading material ,when end of the production should relax the tension pulley, and maintain the complete machine,getting it into storehouse , in order to use normally.

Operating Instruction
- Should use no-load starting, begin feeding after machine normal operation. Advised to stop feeding before the machine stops working. Then turning off the motor, cutting off the electricity supply.
- Conveyor belt works not suitable too tight or too loose, too tight joints will weaken the strength, reduce stability in the operation of the conveyor system, too loose joints will have damaged conveyor belt and the impact on capacity.
- In feeding should as far as possible on the middle belt to prevent conveyor getting away, Don't load and unload informal.
- When conveyor belt getting away, adjustment timely.
