Industrial dewatering machine is a kind of washing machine. It is generally used in the water removal process after washing clothes, textile items, crops and other items. After dehydration, use a dryer to dry it to achieve a thorough drying effect. The working principle is centrifugal motion, that is, the motor drives the inner tank to rotate at high speed, and the water in the clothes being removed performs centrifugal motion under the high-speed rotation. The water splashes out of the inner tank from the surrounding eyes of the inner tank shell, achieving the purpose of dehydration.

Equipment composition:
The main component of the dehydrator is a stainless steel liner. There are small holes around the liner, and the materials to be dehydrated are placed in the stainless steel liner. The electric motor drives the stainless steel liner to rotate at high speed through the belt. As a result, a large centrifugal force is generated, and the water is thrown out through the small holes in the inner tank, collected and discharged uniformly. Generally speaking, for wet materials, the drying effect achieved by the dehydrator working for two minutes is almost the same as that achieved by the dryer working for 20 minutes. However, the dehydrator cannot completely dry the materials. Therefore, a way to save time and energy is to dehydrate the wet raw materials first, and then dry them after dehydration.
