Equipment composition:
1. Material conveying: The material is delivered to the storage hopper through a feeding device (such as a screw conveyor or a vacuum feeder).
2. Measuring and distribution: The material enters the metering unit from the storage hopper. The metering unit is usually a rotating turntable with multiple metering cups (volume units) on the turntable. The volume of each filling is controlled by adjusting the volume of the metering cup.
3. Rotary distribution: The turntable rotates and delivers the measured material to the next filling station in turn.
4. Filling: When the metering cup reaches the filling position, the material enters the packaging container through the discharge pipe or valve. After the filling is completed, the empty metering cup returns to the loading position to prepare for the next material distribution.
5. Control and monitoring: The entire process is monitored and adjusted by the control system, and the filling volume and filling speed can be adjusted as needed to ensure filling accuracy and production efficiency.
