At present, most of the solutions in the industry adopt nitrogen replacement. The length of replacement time is based on production experience, the second is to look at the nitrogen pressure value, and the third is to continuously perform nitrogen protection; however, the above solutions are not scientific, and cannot accurately feedback the value of oxygen in the centrifuge, or cause a waste of nitrogen resources, resulting in frequent centrifuge explosion accidents.
In view of the above situation, our company adopts pre-stage sampling pretreatment + on-site numerical display + automatic nitrogen filling/cutting off the centrifuge power supply, and can also pass 4-20mA signal according to the supporting needs

Product features:
1. Customized pretreatment: backflush, acid-base neutralization, organic matter removal, dewatering, cooling, drying, voltage stabilization, constant current, etc. of sample gas.
2. Safety: When the oxygen concentration value exceeds the first-level preset alarm value, the electromagnetic adjustment of nitrogen filling and replacement is automatically turned on until the value drops to a safe range; when it exceeds the second-level preset alarm value, the power supply is automatically cut off to stop the centrifuge from working.
3. Applicable explosion-proof area: intrinsically safe explosion-proof composite instrument, meeting the requirements of strict use areas.
4. Nitrogen flow control: equipped with a nitrogen control box, when the oxygen concentration value is within the safe range, it automatically cuts off the large flow of nitrogen to achieve a small flow of continuous supply to meet the micro-positive pressure in the centrifuge.
5. Module platform: The number of pretreatment levels and functions can be freely adjusted according to actual use. Wider adaptability.
