Online Gas Detector Oxygen and Carbon Dioxide Dual Meter Analyzer for Laboratory
I. General Principles
This solution is applicable to the online monitoring system of oxygen and carbon dioxide concentration in the environment of Party A's equipment. This system can sample and detect the concentration of oxygen and carbon dioxide gas in the production process in real time, and provide the detected gas content to the user in the form of 4-20mA current signal, which is used to realize automatic control and analysis of system process, etc.
II. On-site conditions
1. On-site power supply: 24VDC, 220VAC;
2. Sample gas components: oxygen O2, carbon dioxide CO2
3. Pressure: sample gas pressure negative pressure or slightly positive pressure less than 3KPA
4. Particles: trace; moisture content 10%-50%vol
5. Compressed gas source: compressed air 0.7MPa, nitrogen 0.6-1MPa; purity 99%
6. Exhaust: external, normal pressure or negative pressure recovery pipeline;
7. Operating temperature: above 70ºC, maximum temperature 400ºC;
8. Ambient temperature: normal temperature 20-40ºC.

III. On-site requirements:
1. Output signal: 4~20mA,
2. Detection limit: 0.1%, ±1%;
3. Detection range: oxygen 0-21%VOL; carbon dioxide CO2 0-10%VOL
4. Explosion-proof requirements: explosion-proof is not required;
5. Measurement purpose: to determine the oxygen and carbon dioxide concentrations in the environment of the equipment when it is turned on
6. Spare parts: standard;
