The nitrogen filling protection of the reactor is roughly the same as that of the centrifuge; especially during the hydrogenation process, vacuuming and nitrogen replacement must be strictly repeated to fully ensure that the kettle is in an anaerobic state, and the oxygen content must be controlled within 1%VOL; higher requirements are placed on the service life, accuracy, error and response time of the sensor.
Since it is impossible to ensure whether the nitrogen meets the qualified supply input, the traditional continuous nitrogen replacement also has the possibility of explosion.
In response to the above situation, our company adopts pre-stage sampling pretreatment + on-site numerical display + automatic nitrogen filling, and can also be transmitted to DCS/GDS through 4-20mA signal according to supporting needs to achieve overall automatic chain control.
