Ceramic bushings are made of a ceramic inner sleeve and a forged steel outer shell. The service life of the ceramic liner is about 4000 to 10000 hours, which is much longer than that of the bi-metal liner. The ceramic lining has the characteristics of wear resistance, erosion resistance, high pressure resistance, high hardness and high strength. Zirconia and alumina types are common types of ceramic sleeves. Compared with the alumina type, the zirconia type liner has better toughness and longer service life, and the piston wear and lubrication water consumption can also be reduced.
Ceramic lined tube for mud pump have the following advantages:
* High hardness, good wear resistance, can resist the grinding or erosion of various sharp or abrasive solid particles in high-pressure mud, such as: cuttings, quartz sand, iron ore, iron filings, etc.
* The microstructure of ceramics is uniform, the surface gloss is high, and the roughness of the working surface is generally ≤0.3mm, which is beneficial to improve the life of the piston.
* The service life is 5-10 times longer than that of the bimetal cylinder liner, the continuous work can reach more than 4000 hours, and the labor cost and maintenance cost are greatly reduced.
1.How can I get samples?
We can provide some free samples (total value under 15 US dollars) if you have a DHL, TNT, UPS or FedEXaccount or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight.
If the total value of samples is more than 15 US dollars, we'd like to ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.
If you don't have courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company; or send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T.
2.How much the courier freight will be for the samples?
Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and your area. you can use your courier company.
