Product Description

Ceramic mud pump liners for oil wells, whose main function is to force and move mud into the well. These pads are efficient with a strength of 300-400 kg and elasticities of 12500 and 60000 kpsi. Using ZTA's cylinder liners compared to liners made of ferrochrome, ceramic mud pump liners result in higher cost savings, better performance and safer operation. Compared with the rubber piston moving at high speed and high pressure inside the mud pump bushing, the special wire harness and excellent wear resistance of ceramics reduce the wear resistance by more than 75%. In addition, ceramic mud pump bushings can withstand the harsh operating conditions of the drilling process. They circulate up to 200gpm of water and slurry at pressures up to 7500psi.

Ceramic lined tube for mud pump have the following advantages:

* Suitable for drilling and working environments with deep oil reservoirs and harsh geological structures, as well as offshore oil and natural gas development
* The service life is 5-10 times longer than bi-metal cylinder liner. It can reach more than 4000 hours, and the min service life is more than 2000 hours
* It has the advantages of wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high pressure resistance, high temperature resistance, high strength and high hardness
