LM Ceramic glazed tile surface abrasion tester
This instrument is designed totally in line with the standard of ISO/DIS 10545/7-1994 determination of resistance to surface abrasion for glazed tiles test and GB/T3810.7-2006 ceramic glazed tiles abrasive resistance test method. Put a certain amount of abrasive materials on the surface of ceramic tiles glazes, make the abrasive materials grinding on the glazed tiles, eye measure and compare the difference of grinded sample glaze classification.
It applies to nationwide glazed ceramic tiles products manufacturing enterprises, The national quality inspection department, research institutions inspection and scientific research.
Main technical parameters:
1. Sample size: 100*100(mm); Can conduct 2-8 samples' abrasive test at a time
2. Centre distance between supporting turnplate and each sample is 195mm, and the distance between adjacent two sample are the same
3. Supporting turnplate rated revolution: 300± 10%rp/min
