User manual for the 1 liter disposable and non-refillable welded steel cylinder
*Product Overview:
The product is a 1 liter disposable and non-refillable welded steel cylinder for storing and or transporting propane gas.
An applicable welding torch or valve must be used as supporting equipment when the gas is to be consumed or transferred.
The cylinder is made up of main body welded by top and bottom caps, base, valve seat,safety valve and valve core.
The welding process for all the Connected parts is ring brazing, it is safe and secured.
The quality of the cylinder is in line with ISO1118-1999 and GB15380-2001 standard.
*Instructions for use:
1. Filling method:
2. connecting the vacuum pump with the valve seat and evacuating any air inside the cylinder, making it airless.
3. buckling the charger from the filling equipment with the valve seat and filling propane gas by high pressure.
4. Safety use for filled cylinder:
5. tightening the torch/valve with the valve seat of the cylinder, the pin of the torch/valve will open the valve core of the cylinder and meanwhile the cylinder will supply propane gas automatically.
6. remove the torch/valve after the use or when you moving the filled cylinder.
*precautions:
1.read this user manual before use, operating in accordance with to this manual.
2. the filled cylinder must be stored in well-ventilated and dry place when not in use.
3. the filled cylinder must keep away from to the fire, heat and sunlight.
4. random adjustment to the safety valve is not allowed.
5. throwing is prohibited when the cylinder is in use or in transportation. The thread of the valve seat must be prevented from any bruising and clashing.
