This machine is a professional auxiliary equipment for impact test, which is specially used for processing V-shaped and U-shaped notches of impact samples.
This broaching machine uses hydraulic transmission, electric control, controllable speed regulation and the cutting edge is cooled and lubricated by lubricating oil.The processed specimen fully meet the requirements of GB / T229 and meet ASTM E23, EN 10045, ISO 148 standards by replacing parts.
The broach knife is made of W6Mo5Cr4V2AL material, which has high hardness and good wear resistance. Each knife can process about 20,000 samples. This machine is a hydraulically driven double-knife structure, which can process two sample notches at a time. The operation is simple and reliable. It takes up to 10 seconds for each standard sample notch to be processed.
