Q5: What is the lead time? A.For regular items, lead time is 15~30 days after we receive the deposit. B.For special requirements, lead time depends on the details of your order.
Q6:Can we get free samples? Yes, we provide free samples, but the freight cost is on buyer's account. Generally, we send it via DHL after freight cost collected, and you can also arrange Express to pick up samples from our office.

Q8:How do you control the quality? From raw material to finish product, the whole line is under the control of QA & QC. Our QC confirms samples before mass production. Our production is running under 100% automatic inspection machine with timing and quantitative sampling inspection, and 100% manual inspection before packaging.
Q9: How to solve the quality problem after sales? Please help take photos /videos of the problem immediately when you get goods, we would send you replacements in the next order or make compensation after our evaluation.
