XPJ990 is a special modified silicone self-emulsifying defoamer, especially suitable for the occasion of continuous defoaming and suppression under the condition of high temperature, acid-base or shear stress. With excellent heat resistance, acid-base resistance and chemical stability, it is widely used in acid extraction and alkali extraction processes, such as drug extraction, humic acid extraction; Metal Cutting Fluid, Acrylic Emulsion, PU Coated Adhesive, Water Cutting Fluid, Water Soluble PHotosensitive Resin Plate Developer, Fiber Processing, Dyeing Processing, Treatment Fluid; It can defoam in strong base harsh environment, like
aluminum alkali solution in alumina production process.
It is widely used in acid extraction, alkali extraction process defoaming, such as drug extraction, humic acid extraction; Metal cutting fluid, acrylic emulsion, PU coating glue, water-based cutting fluid, water-soluble photographic resin version developer, fiber processing, dyeing processing,treatment fluid defoaming; Aluminum oxide production process aluminum alkali solution defoaming under harsh environment of strong acid and alkali. This product does not need to be diluted. If you need to dilute, stir with clean cold water and disperse it. The reference dosage is 50-500 ppm. The most appropriate amount is determined by the test.
This product is packed in 50KG, 200KG plastic drum or 200KG galvanized iron drum. It is is valid for one year if stored at room temperature.
