F4-72 is an anti-corrosion centrifugal fan
F4-72 is an anti-corrosion centrifugal fan (type 4-72 centrifugal fan, B4-72 is an explosion-proof centrifugal fan). It is mainly composed of stainless steel (or glass fiber reinforced plastic) material such as an impeller, casing, air inlet, and other parts and motor, which can be used for conveying Corrosive gas, its performance and foundation size are the same as 4-72. The F4-72 centrifugal fan can transport air and other gases that are corrosive to steel. Viscous substances are not allowed in the gas, and the dust and hard particles contained in it are not more than 150mg/m3. The gas temperature must not exceed 80°C.
The fan has good aerodynamic performance, and the impeller and belt pulley has undergone strict static and dynamic balance corrections, so it has the characteristics of balanced operation, small vibration, high efficiency, and long life.
N02.8~6 of the 4-72 type fans are mainly composed of an impeller, casing, air inlet, motor, and other parts. In addition to the above-mentioned parts, N08~20 also has a transmission part.
Impeller: It is composed of 10 backward inclined airfoil blades, curved front disc, and flat rear disc, and is made of steel plate cast aluminum alloy (4-72 uses steel plate, B4-72 uses cast aluminum, F4-72 uses stainless steel or glass fiber reinforced plastic, etc. Corrosion-resistant materials), and radial dynamic and static balance correction, good air performance, high efficiency, stable operation.
Chassis: made into two different types. Among them, the N02.8~12 casings are made as a whole and cannot be disassembled. The N016~20 casings are made into three openings. In addition to being divided into two halves along the middle horizontal plane, the upper half is vertically divided into two halves along the center line. , connected with bolts.
Air inlet: It is made as a whole and installed on one side of the fan. The section parallel to the axial direction is in the shape of a curve. The function is to enable the airflow to enter the impeller smoothly with less loss.
The 4-72 type has four rotation modes: A type is the direct drive of the motor; B type is the transmission of the pulley between the two supporting points; C type is the motor transmission through the bearing box coupling; D type is the motor through the bearing box. Shaft drive.
Viewed from the side of the motor, the impeller that rotates clockwise is called a right-handed fan, which is represented by "right"; the impeller that rotates counterclockwise is called a left-handed fan, which is represented by "left".
The outlet position of the fan is expressed by the angle of the air outlet of the casing. 4-72 type fans №2.8~7.1 are all made into one type when they leave the factory, and the user can install them in the required position according to the requirements, and there is no need to specify when ordering. Among them, the adjustment range of the air outlet position of №2.8 is 0°~255°, and the interval is 45°; the air outlet positions of №16 and 20 are made into three fixed positions of 0°, 90°, and 180°, which cannot be adjusted, and must be specified when ordering.
