1. Mainly used for grinding top&side angle of woodworking Profile Knife Cutter Head.2. All the mechanisms are installed on the Cast Iron Basement, which avoids the resonance during grinding. The castings are treated with high temperature tempering and vibration to ensure that they will not be deformed for long-term use.
3. Four-Axis Servo with easy opertional friendly HMI (Human-Machine Interface) makes the grinding work much more accurate and efficient than the conventional manually controlled cutter head sharpener.
4. Double grinding wheel (coarse&finish)design makes it more convenient when complex TCT cutter head curves need to be grinding precisely.
5.CAD graphics of any cutter can be download and input into the machine programs to generate the G-Code for precisely machining the cutter head side relief angle, the start and end point can be adjusted in the G-Code.
