Q: How long is the machine warranty time?
A: One year.
Q: Are you original manufacturer?
A: Yes. We are manufacturer of construction machines.
Q: What is the terms of payment?
A: :Normally, we accept 30% advance, 70% should be paid after finished the machine, L/C at sight.
Q: What is the delivery time ?
A: Generally we need 3-5 days to produce the machine after prepayment ,if you are urgent , 2 days will be ok ,then send to port.
Q: How should we do if the machine broken ?
A: You can take a video to us and our technicians will analyze the cause of the problem based on the video.
Q: How should we do if parts are broken ?
A: We advise customers to purchase some conventional accessories based on their country and environment. If other parts broke ,we will send to you by sea or by air.
