2. What do we need to do when we receive the filter tank and the silica gel sand?
First, we need to install the relevant components of the filter tank, filter cloth, etc., seal the sealing gasket, close the door below, connect all pipelines, and then we can start loading the silica gel sand. We will load the silica gel sand from the top door on the filter tank. Fill an appropriate amount of silica gel sand, close the door above, then we can start filtering the oil. Open all the reflux valves, open the oil inlet valve, start the equipment, and there may be no oil output for 10-20 minutes after startup. This is a normal phenomenon, do not worry, wait for the oil outlet to slowly start oil output, and then start adjusting the reflux valve. After the silica gel sand has no bleaching effect, then open both doors, and unload the silica gel sand with a shovel from the door near the bottom.
