Zirconia ceramics is called Ceramic Steel in the advanced ceramic family. It is available in several grades, the most common of which are yttria partially stabilized zirconia (YSZ) and magnesia partially stabilized zirconia (Mg-PSZ), both of which offer excellent properties.

1. Zirconia Ceramic Bushings and Plungers
1.1 Main Features:
- High mechanical strength, high hardness, excellent wear resistance, and its service life is much longer than that of similar stainless steel products.
- Resistant to high pressure (pneumatic, hydraulic), up to 9200 bar.
- Acid-resistant, alkali-resistant (corrosion-resistant), anti-aging, anti-oxidation, suitable for various harsh and harsh environments.
- Exceptional surface quality: Can be polished to Ra0.1 (Rz0.8) or better.
- High temperature resistance: The maximum operating temperature can reach 1000ºC.
- The dimensions are precise, the deformation is good, and it can fit perfectly with other assemblies.
1.2 General Post-Processing:
- Grinding: Double-sided grinding, cylindrical grinding, internal cylindrical grinding, drilling.
- Polishing: Mirror polishing of the entire surface or working surface.
- Metallization: Realizing the combination of ceramics and metals.
1.3 Applications:
It is an ideal substitute for similar types of metal pumps (Liquid Pumps, Metering Pumps, High Pressure Pumps, Mud Pumps, Pump Seals, Valve Pumps) and has been widely used in medical equipment, environmental engineering, petroleum, chemical and other industries.
2. Zirconia Ceramic Tubes and Rods
2.1 Main Features:
- Fire-resistant, high-temperature resistant, maximum operating temperature: 1100ºC.
- High hardness, wear resistance up to Mohs 9.0; HRA 80-903.
- Good insulation performance, with resistivity up to 1×10^14Ω·cm.
- Highly polished surface up to Rz0.8 (Ra0.1) or better.
- Excellent mechanical strength, with maximum fracture toughness 1×10MPa·m^(1/2).
- Pressure resistance, with maximum compressive strength 2300MPa.
- Low thermal expansion coefficient and good thermal insulation rate.
- Excellent corrosion resistance, such as acid and alkali resistance.
- Precision size.

2.2 General Post-Processing:
- Grinding: Double-sided grinding, cylindrical grinding, internal cylindrical grinding, drilling.
- Polishing: Mirror polishing on outer diameter surface, inner hole surface or all surfaces.
2.3 Applications:

3. Zirconia Ceramic Seals
3.1 Main Features:
- Ultra -abrasion resistance.
- Low friction coefficient and automatic lubrication.
- Excellent mechanical strength, hardness and toughness.
- Low thermal expansion coefficient, capable of high and low temperature.
- The size is precise, and the corresponding component can be perfectly assembled.
- Environmental protection: The materials used meet ROHS and Reach requirements.

3.2 General Post-Processing:
- End surface plane grinding, enhance the flatness, parallelity, verticality.
- Polishing, working surface mirror polishing.
- Other grinding processing, such as drilling, digging grooves, and various special shapes to meet the custom specifications.
