With an axial load capacity surpassing 15 KN as per the MT821 standard, the service life of our idlers elevates to a superior precision grade, exceeding an exceptional 45,000 hours.

These lines deliver precise servo-fixed-length cutting, end face turning, chamfering, snap ring groove crafting, center hole drilling, and flat groove milling. Notably, the minimal distance between two milled grooves is a mere 190mm, highlighting our precision engineering,while accommodating workpieces of up to a generous maximum length of 2200mm, showcasing our capability to handle large-scale projects.
