This machine is suitable for blowing all kinds of heat shrinkable film of PVC plastic resin by tube film process. The film has the advantages of good transparency, good luster and high shrinkable rate. It is a new type of packaging material which is popular nowadays. It is widely used in the external packaging of food, beverage, tea, glass products, handicrafts, sanitary ware, cosmetics, electronic products, etc.
2. The key parts of screw and barrel are made of 38gmoaia high-quality alloy steel, which has high hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance after finishing and ammoniation treatment;
3. The new type of screw with length diameter of 1:28 is suitable for mixing and plasticizing PVC plastics with high melt viscosity and poor thermal stability;
4. The automatic temperature control system is equipped to control the heaters and cooling fans of the machine body, so that the temperature of each part of the plasticizing process is constant, accurate and in line with the technological requirements of the film production, so as to ensure the excellent quality of the heat harvesting film;
5. Die head and air ring adopt special structure, which is beneficial to plasticization and cooling requirements;
- Convenient operation, compact structure, centralized control and high degree of automation.
The whole machine is divided into four parts: main machine part, traction device, temperature control box and winding part.
