---Application: China Heavy-duty Inflatable Air Bags/ Container Void-filling Bags/ Container Pillows/ Cushioning Air Bags/ Industrial Air Dunnage Bags for Containers provide convenient and cost-effective cargo stabilization in ISO sea containers, closed railcars, trucks, and oceangoing vessels.
---Function: Dunnage airbags consist of closed chambers made from an elastic film filled with air. When at rest, only the static load generated by the weight of the package contents bears upon the cushioning. When dynamic loads occur, these are absorbed by compression of the cushion.
---Structure: Inner bag + outer bag + air valve + sealing by sewing and glue
---Materials: Inner bag--PE & PA 7 layers co-extruded; Outer bag--kraft paper lainated with PP woven; Valve--air tight, plastic
---Size: 1000x2000mm
---Void to be applied: maximum thickness 550mm, maximum height 2500mm.
---Applied air pressure: less than 20kpa/ 0.2 bar/ 2.9 psi
---The paper used on the outside of the bag is laminated on the inside with a woven polypropylene layer, which allows higher resistance to punctures and moisture.
