JXS type dilute acid preparation system is composed of concentrated acid part, dilute acid part, main mixing part and cooling part.

The concentrated acid part is divided into concentrated acid storage part and high concentrated acid part. Concentrated acid storage is a large concentrated acid storage tank, located at a low level, with a safety cofferdam; High level concentration acid is generally put on higher level, and gravity flow to the main mixing tank to complete the dilution work;

The dilute acid part is generally set at a high level, which is convenient for long-distance transportation to the acid point.

The main mixing tank is located at the low level, below the high concentrated acid and dilute acid parts.
