Used for heat-sealing of large density lead acid ABS or PP,PE battery plastic case and cover.
Function and features
Electric roller can automatically transport the case and cover of battery into the machine, and computer automatically fix the position and control the heat-sealing process. This machine has advantages of precise location, fast heat-sealing and sealing performance is great. With special alloy molds and linear ball bearing, having the following advantages: moulds are not sticky and fast to change. Specially designed high heat-resistance plate structure guarantees a long-time distortion-free operation. PID ensures precise temperature control.
