For automatically curing and drying green plate of lead acid battery.
Functions & Features:
This machine can realize multi-program multi-stage control of plates' whole curing and drying process with PLC &touch-screen as controlling center;
The main chamber and sub-chamber is made of high quality thermal insulation material, having features of high density, high combination rate and high thermal insulation;
All the parts contact to the air of chamber is made of stainless steel, no iron element exist;
The inside of chamber is controlled by famous brand detection instrument, heat-resistant and anti-corrosion humidity sensor, which has features of high precision and long lifetime service;
The steam controlled by stainless valve, PID temperature control method. High control accuracy, reliable operation and low maintenance cost;
Stereo airflow dispersion mode(patent),no dead angle, insure the consistency of temperature and humidity;
It adopts a special method to eliminate humidity, and have the advantage of short drying time;
It can be chosen to connect with computer, to monitor the running conditions of each curing chamber.
The opening mode is electric lifting door, and can be made into lifting folding door in the workshop with height limit;
Outdoor shelf, reduce the forklift to the wallboard collision.
