The electric hydraulic grab adopts electric and hydraulic mechanical techniques for large grabbing forces and high automation.
Electric Hydraulic grab can be divided into Motor-Hydraulic clamshell bucket and Motor-Hydraulic orange peel bucket, which are widely used in bulk handling in domestic and foreign industries such as ports, shipping, railways, power plants, steel mills, waste incineration power plants and cement plant, and are favored by many users.
Motor-Hydraulic clamshell bulk grab is chiefly used in single hooks crane. It mainly consists of main body of grab structure, hydraulic power system and electronic control system. The closing force of grab depends on the power of hydraulic power system and the proper designing structure of the grab. The grab operation is very easy, only by operating the handle on operation control box equipped in electronic control system.
