1. According to raw material characteristics with the specific design of the optimized structure of the screw, barrel; materials are carefully made of alloy steel with strength to ensure a higher plasticizing materials, processing performance and stability.
2. The main extruder adopts high stable AC motor, double reduction hardened gear box drive, to ensure the energy saving production.

Stainless steel and tempered glass seal ensure hygienic and dust-free production conditions. The vacuum assisted molding technology ensures the high precision and roundness of the medical catheter, and the 8m water tank can meet the cooling requirements.
