AFG Series Automatic Folder Gluer Machine
MACHINE FEATURE
AFG Automatic folder gluer machine mainly consists of three parts: feeding part, folding gluing part and stacking counting part, full machine frame made by good quality steel welded .It adopts PLC programming control, touch screen operation and frequency conversion to adjust speed. The average speed about 150sheets/min, with high speed, saves power and labor.
Feeding part
- Belt type lead edge with vacuum suction feeding system is more better to feed bend board
- Good quality electromagnetic clutch and brake system, feeding part can be controlled separately, easy operation.
- Scorer wheel is adjustable, it suit to cardboard thickness 2-8mm
- It can do second scorer, so correct bad creased board.
- Simple structure, glue amount can be adjustable, easy clean
- It adopts stainless steel gluing wheel, gluing even, no fault save glue amount.
- Automatically gluing, recycle glue, never stop, don't need add glue by hand, save time and power.
