2. Brief Introduction
Upward continuous casting machine is a new technology to produce oxygen free copper rod, tube, and flat billet at a great length. Its production of oxygen free copper rod and profiles are featured with high conductivity and low oxygen content. Compare with some traditional technology, this new method is lower in capital investment, easy to operate with, economic in producing consuming, high quality in production, flexible in changing production size but no pollution to environment
3. Technical Flow
Copper cathode(panel)→indution furnace(copper melt→reduction→molten copper holding)→casting mechanism casts rod(copper crystallize and become solid)→take-up→sale production or for further process.
4. Application
4.1 Copper rod: for cable, wire, magnet wire, enameled wire, telephone lines, computer lines, and wire.
4.2 Brass: as air conditioning, domestic industrial use brass, copper fittings, etc.
4.3 the flat blank: used copper bus bar, electric elements, such as copper belt(billet for rolling).
4.4 the copper alloy wire: used cars, high-speed tram wires, bearings used in machinery products, copper axes, copper sleeve, welding wire and electronic products, billets and other decorations
