Laser cut installation circular holes on the welded steel frame panel.
We use fixed fixtures to ensure that the circular holes cut are consistent with the dimensions on the drawing, and each frame cut is subjected to quality inspection.
Weld the complete metal frame and then perform polishing processing. During the polishing process.
We will conduct quality inspection on the product:
1. The plane is smooth enough, no shadow, no holes, no gaps, no seams.
2. The inner angle follows drawing standard
3. The outer corner surface needs to polarize the angle
4. Straight edge is straight enough, no holes, no gaps (the width is not more than 20mm)

A: We are direct factory with experienced engineers and employees as well as approximate 5,000 square meters workshop area.
Q6: What shall we do if we do not have drawings?
A: Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy or provide you better solutions. Please send us pictures or drafts
with dimensions (Length, Height, Width), CAD or 3D file will be made for you if placed order.
Q7: Can we get some samples before mass production?
A: Absolutely
Q8: Will my drawings be safe after sending to you?
A: Yes, we will keep them well and not release to the third party without your permission.
Q9: Is it possible to know how are my products going on without visiting your company?
A: We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with pictures or videos which show the machining progress.
