Product Description
A: Tipec uses abrasion-resistant, flexible cover fabric that offers a strong grip on sheaves, reducing slippage during operation.
The top cover, made from multiple strands of yarn, is rubber-treated to enhance adhesion, protect against the elements, and prevent static build-up under challenging conditions.
B: The top rubber binds the tensile cord, fabric cover, and compression rubber, preventing separation of belt components during operation.
C: Tipec provides high-quality tensile cords, twisted in different configurations to match load applications. These cords are pre-stretched before assembly to stabilize length and minimize stretching during operation.
D: Tipec uses advanced production formulas to create V belts that resist flex cracking and compression fatigue.

A. Small sizes 100 pcs each size, big size (over 2500mm) could be smaller, 10 pcs - 50pcs, it depends on sizes and mould height.

A. All the raw material are test in lab before production, the v-belts will be run on fatigue life machine.
