A: Yes, we are the original manufacturer of construction machines.
Q: What are the terms of payment?
A: Normally, we accept 30% advance payment. The remaining 70% is due after the machine is finished. We also accept L/C at sight.
Q: What is the delivery time?
A: Typically, production takes 3-5 days after prepayment. For urgent orders, we can expedite production to 2 days and then ship to the port.
Q: What should we do if the machine breaks down?
A: Send us a video, and our technicians will diagnose the issue based on the footage.
Q: What should we do if parts break?
A: We recommend purchasing some standard accessories suited for your region. For other parts, we will ship them to you by sea or air.
