Introduction:
it is a kind of hardfacing electrode for titanium calcium type,and with CoCrMo casting alloy core,
coating by dipping into the legal system,suitable for DC reverse
Application:
Used for surfacing welding on occasions requiring excellent wear-resistance, corrosion-resistance
enough under 650ºC,such as the surfacing welding of high temperature and pressure valves,hot
shearing knives etc.Also used for surfacing welding on workpieces under the conditions withstood
impact and alternated cooling and heating.

Notes on Usages:
1.The electrodes must be baked under 200ºC for an hour before welding.
2.As far as possible with short arc welding, and welding work to maintain the vertical.
3.According to the size of the work and the type of the base material should be 300~600ºC preheating.
4.After the welding, it should be in 600 ~ 700ºC tempering after 1 hour in slowly cooled or will work
immediately placed in dry and hot sandbox or Barilla slow cooling, to avoid cracks.
5.The surfacing layer must be rough grinding, if found defects, according to the above steps to weld
repair and slow cooling.
