Cold Box core machines
Since 1991 SUZHU is providing Cold Box core machines together with all necessary equipment (sand mixers, gas generators for Triethylamin TEA, core shooters, scrubbers) as well as core handling systems (picking up, painting, drying, storing and transport, core setting into mould with complete automation).
The large machines (Z84200) work with Vacuum core process, using Cold Box Amin process or Water Glass process.
Core machines Z843
The machines works together with gas generator SG15 in automatic mode. The design of Z84 core machines allows to work without foundation pit underneath of machine and operates pneumatically.22

On customer request the core machine Z84 series as well as Z84200, Z84800 and others are supplied in conjunction with SUZHU auxiliary equipment:
Full automatic sand mixing system with bowl mixer model S, automatic resin, curing agent and sand dosing. Automatically cleaning from remaining sand. Control connection with core machines PLC.

Amin process gas generators and gas washers / scrubbers
