Cold Welding Machine for Copper/Aluminum Wires
1. Application: Cold welding machine is used to connect metal wires by pressure at normal temperature, when pressuring two pieces of metal wires, the oxidized surface is destroyed and extruded, the pure metal realized intergranular bonding. The applied pressure is generally higher than the metal yield strength produce the 60% to 90% deformation.
