High speed 500 Cage Type Stranding Machine
1. Application:
This machine is mainly used to strand various kinds of insulated wires, can also used to twist copper wires and aluminum wires with back-twisting, and can also used to making steel armoring for power cables.
2. Main features:
1> 100% back-twist stranding: adopting fully gear back-twist, which can realize 100% back-twist stranding
2> High stranding speed: the stranding cages adopting gear back-twist, the center main shaft adopting seamless steel tube, with big bearings at both ends. The gearbox body made of iron cast, transmission gears processed by grinding treatment, the tracking capstan made of cast iron, ground shaft and gearbox transmission instead of chain connecting, these designing highly increase the rigidness of the stranding cages, the strength of transmission system and the cages rotating speed, to ensure high productivity.
3> Accurate synchronization of ground shaft transmission: once the gear ratio of the gearbox is set, the strict of proportional relation between cage rotating speed and the haul-off speed is fixed, and the stranding pitch would never change in the production, which ensure the accurate synchronization of each cage and easy operation in electrical control system.
