Raw material treatment system
Raw material sorting and cleaning, soaking or baking /steaming treatment to make sure the condition of raw materials ready for further processing of milk extraction.
Milk extraction system
Grinding and refining of the raw material with water for milk extraction and then equip with centrifuge separator for solid
residue separation as milk filtration.
Milk preparation systemAll kinds of ingredients are first pretreated, such as dissolution, filtration, sterilization, etc., and then are fed into the
preparation tank according to the predetermined formula and process parameters. In the mixing tank, these raw materials and auxiliary materials are fully stirred and mixed to form a uniform semi-finished product or finished product. These products can then be piped to subsequent filling, packaging and other processes.
Sterilization system
For plat-based milk beverages sterilization specialized with UHT sterilizer machine along with defoaming and homogenizing to guarantee the product quality ready for filling and packaging.Also can equip with autoclave retort as second sterilization after filling and packaging.

RO water treatment system
Reverse osmosis is the most precise membrane liquid separation technology. The operating pressure is applied to the inlet (concentrated solution) side to overcome the natural osmotic pressure. When the operating pressure higher than the natural osmotic pressure is added to the concentrated solution side, the flow direction of the natural osmosis of water molecules will be reversed, and the water component in the inlet (concentrated solution) will become the purification water on the dilute solution side through the reverse osmosis membrane. Reverse osmosis equipment can block all dissolved salt and molecular weight greater than 100 organic matter, but allow water molecules to pass through, reverse osmosis composite membrane desalination rate is generally greater than 98%, they are widely used in industrial pure water and electronic ultra-pure water preparation, drinking water production, boiler water supply and other processes, the use of reverse osmosis equipment before ion exchange can greatly reduce the bottom of the operation of water and wastewater emissions.
CIP cleaning systemAUTOMATIC OR Semi-automatic CIP cleaners are used for in-site cleaning of material piping and container equipment in the dairy, beer, beverage, bio pharmaceutical and other industries. The centrifugal pump is used to transport the cleaning liquid to perform the forced circulation without disassembling the material pipeline and the equipment container, thereby achieving the purpose of cleaning, reducing the labor intensity of the worker and improving the cleaning effect. The specific use of CIP in-situ cleaning tanks (CIP cleaning systems) must be combined and matched with equipment, piping arrangements and cleaning nozzles on the factory floor. In-situ cleaning is referred to as CIP, also known as in-place cleaning or automatic cleaning. The CIP in-situ cleaning system refers to a method of cleaning the contact surface with food by using a high-temperature, high-concentration cleaning solution without disassembling or moving the device.
