These prefabricated substations, also known as European-type transformer substations,
are designed to handle the transformation, distribution, transmission, measurement, compensation, control, and protection of electrical energy, with integrated communication functions. Typically, these substations feature three compartments: High voltage compartment (equipped with high/medium voltage switchgear like ring main units and gas-insulated switchgear, with rated voltages up to 40.5kV), Low voltage compartment, and Transformer compartment (equipped with three-phase oil-immersed or cast resin dry-type transformers).
Our substations are crucial components in electrical cable power networks, ensuring reliable power distribution. This substation is a comprehensive power supply unit featuring high voltage control, protection, conversion, and distribution capabilities. Designed for 3-phase AC 50Hz systems with a maximum rated current of 1600KVA, it is widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, residential areas, hospitals, shopping malls, high-rise buildings, and other distribution systems. The compact prefabricated substation offers an effective, convenient, and economical solution. It is a user-friendly, safe, and simple-to-operate system.
