(2) For neighboring countries like Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan, we use road or railway.
(3) For urgently needed light spare parts, we use international courier services such as DHL, TNT, UPS, or FedEx.
