For approx. 4, 000 PCS of candy(confectionery) per minute. Corresponding to 1, 200kg/h based on Mono product of approx. 5 gram;
For clear, butter scotch, striped(starlight), central-filled candy also possible.

FEATURES:
Designed for approx. 4000 PCS hard candy(confectionery) per minutes(50 mould/min).
Capacity: Depending on the product's weight, upto approx. 1200kgs/h of hard candy with a product weight of 5g.
Machines(equipment/maker) layout based on standard recipes for sucrose based hard candy with milk and fat contents.

1) PLC /computer process control available;
2) An LED touch panel for easy operating;
3) Three sets of servo -drive motors installed on the machine(equipment/maker) for the depositing to get an accuracy depositing, and easy to adjust the depositing weight.
4) The production(producing/processing) capacity up to 1200 kgs/h(based on 5g candy);
5) The output will be approx. 4000 PCS of candies per min. With a depositing speed of 50 strokes per min for achieving 80 PCS of candies per one stroke;
6) The whole plant is made of hygienic stainless steel(SUS304);
