HDPE geomembrane1.Product description:
HDPE geomembrane is one of geosynthetics, and HDPE geomembrane is a waterproof and barrier material produced with (medium) high-density polyethylene resin as raw material. (Geomembrane with density of 0.94g/cm3 or above).
2.Main Features
1. It does not contain chemical additives or undergo heat treatment. It is an environment-friendly building material.
2. It has good mechanical properties, good water permeability, corrosion resistance and aging resistance.
3. It has strong resistance to burial and corrosion. The structure is fluffy and has good drainage performance.
4. It has good friction coefficient and tensile strength, and has geotechnical reinforcement performance.
5. It has the functions of isolation, filtration, drainage, protection, stabilization and reinforcement.
6. It can adapt to uneven base course, resist external force damage during construction, and has small creep.
7. Good overall continuity, light weight, and convenient construction.
8. It is a permeable material, so it has good anti-filtration and isolation function and strong puncture resistance, so it has good protection performance.
3.Application scenario:
It is mainly used in landfill, waste water treatment, water conservancy, agriculture, transportation, high-speed railway, tunnel, airport, airport, building, landscape and other anti-seepage liner projects.
4.Construction specification:
During transportation, the geomembrane should not be dragged or dragged hard to avoid being stabbed by sharp objects.
1. It should extend from the bottom to the high position, not too tight, and should leave 1.50% margin for local sinking and stretching. Considering the actual situation of the project, the slope is laid from top to bottom;
2. The longitudinal joints of two adjacent frames shall not be on the same horizontal line and shall be staggered by more than 1m;
3. The longitudinal joint should be located at a distance of more than 1.50m from the dam toe and the curved toe, and should be located on a plane;
4. The slope is first followed by the bottom of the site;
5. When laying the side slope, the film spreading direction shall be basically parallel to the maximum slope line.
