XPJ680 is a new type of fermentation defoamer, high-tech product of Jiangsu Province, which aims at the foaming characteristics of fermentation industry and introduces and digests foreign advanced technology and raw materials. XPJ680 is a special high temperature silicone polyether, polysiloxane and food emulsifier refined under specific conditions. It overcomes the shortcomings of silicone defoamer such as poor heat resistance and short foam suppression time, and can meet the requirement of foam control in the whole fermentation cycle. It is recommended to reduce the dosage of polyether antifoaming agent 40-50% by XPJ680, which can quickly eliminate foam and shorten the disinfection time. Since the amount of polyether antifoaming agent was reduced and the growth environment of the strain was improved, the titer of the strain was significantly increased.
It is widely used in fermentation industry,such as lysine, lincomycin, gentamycin, abamectin, timycin, citric acid, penicillin, erythromycin, neomycin, oxytetracycline, VB12, VB2, erythroxyl alcohol, sodium glucosate, fructose oligosaccharide, xanthan gum, cordyceps powder, Ganoderma lucidum powder, cepHalosporum powder, yeast and many other fermentation processes.
Directly add the agent to the base material; It can also be added in the later stage, and it is suggested to mix with polyether in 1: 1 mixing stirring to disinfect and then add the supplement; The amount used is about 0.5-1‰ .
This product should be packed in 200KG plastic barrel or coated with steel barrel. Storage should be in accordance with the standards of non-hazardous chemicals. The product is valid at room temperature for one year. Please store the agent indoors and protect it against being frozen.
