Open test setup:
1. Mainly carry out factory test and type test for submersible electric pump.
2. The pump test system adopts a standard test device with an open structure, and the test circuit ensures that the liquid flow through the measurement section has axisymmetric velocity distribution, isostatic pressure distribution and no vortex caused by the device.
3. The open pool is located on the ground or under the ground, and the depth and volume of the pool should meet the flow rate of the pump without vortex.
4. The pipeline measurement loop is composed of measuring pipeline, pressure device, flow sensor, regulating valve, quick connector, etc.
5. The pump head measurement shares a set of measurement circuits, the pointer pressure gauge is displayed at the same time, and the connection between the pump outlet and the measuring pipeline adopts a quick connector.
Closed test set:
1. Mainly for the factory test, type test and cavitation test of various centrifugal pumps, mixed-flow pumps, axial flow pumps and vortex pumps.
2. The standard test device with closed structure is adopted, and the test loop ensures that the liquid flow through the measured section has axisymmetric velocity distribution, isostatic pressure distribution and no vortex caused by the device.
3. The closed-type test device is located on the ground, which is composed of cavitation cylinder, steady flow cylinder, oil and gas separation, constant pressure chamber, pipeline system, vacuum gauge, vacuum pump, valve (or electric valve), etc.
