Compression Tester
YT-YS3000 Compression Tester applies to test ring compressive strength of paper and board, edge and flat compressive strength and adhesive strength of corrugated board with a thickness of 0.15~1.00mm
Key Features
The Instrument is multi-functional. Users can purchase corresponding accessories alone according to actual situation so as to achieve various strength tests for paper and corrugated board.
- It uses microcomputer control technology and LCD screen
- It has the functions of test data processing and printout
- Multi-function measurement: Instrument uses high-precision pressure sensor. It measures compressive strength-Ring crush and edgewise compressive strength of paper and board, flat compressive strength and peel strength of corrugated board, and flat compressive strength of paper core.
- Plate spacing settings: The plate spacing can be set in a random manner by using imported stepper motor. And it just relies on the button to set plate spacing without trip switch
- Comparing with the existing similar products: Host is separated from control box
- Transmission part uses composite structures of worm gear reducer and synchronous motor. The overall structure is more simplified and clear
- Display and print: LCD and thermal printing
