It is a test rig for measuring the flow of compressor described in this technical document.
This test rig is for measuring the flow and power input of open type compressors.
It consists of a compressor refrigerant test loop, an assistant cooling water system and an electrical control and measurement system, to maintain compressor in the specified working condition;
Compressor test loop: Refrigerant running system under test unit designed as an independent alternative refrigeration loop system. The system includes a separate test machine installation pipe, pressure regulation and temperature regulation.
Assistant Cooling water system: The assistant cooling water system let parts of refrigerant condensing into liquid state and cooling down the gas after expansion valve in a intercooler and control the superheating of suction gas.
A control panel, test unit power panel and auto data logging system, equip with a special design software application, act as the top-level controller and monitor for the whole facility.
