Concrete Slab Formwork System with Shoring Prop and Timber Beam H20
Flex-H20 slab formwork is designed for slab concrete. It can be used in those area where the table formwork does not work, such as basement slab, very complicated floor plan with circular slab edge or complex beams, etc.
Advantages:
1. Very few components make it easy and fast to erect. Props, timber beam H20, tripod and head jack are the main components.
2. As a quite flexible slab formwork system, Flex-H20 can fit various floor layouts. It also can be used for different floor height combing with other shoring systems.
3. Perimeter and shaft protection with handrails.
4. Can match well with Euro formwork systems.
Packing:
1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 26 tons, which need be confirmed before loading.
2. Different packages are used for different products:
---bundles: timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc.
---pallet: small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets.
---wooden cases: it is available on customer's request.
---bulk: some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container.
Delivery:
1. Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receive customer's down payment.
2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port.
3. Negotiation is needed for special requirements.
