TAPER

Our professional knowledge enables us to develop and design the most suitable copper tube taper for any steel grade. The acceptance of copper pipes with different tapers under the same conditions and other large-scale production practices have proven the professional authority of our development technology. We can recommend the best internal geometry based on ABAX technology, or make it according to your copper pipe drawings. All possible tapers are available: single taper, multi taper, parabolic, convex, diamond taper.

COATING

We have globally leading electroplating technology that allows for strict control of coating thickness, as well as strict monitoring of coating thickness at the corners and sidewalls of copper pipes within tolerance ranges.
The coating inside the crystallizer copper tube plays a decisive role in the lifespan of the copper tube. We have high-quality European process hard chromium plating and composite plating to ensure that the amount of steel passing through each copper pipe increases exponentially. The Ni Co multilayer film structure has high hardness and optimal copper based bonding strength. We can also design and customize coatings according to customer requirements.

DETECTION

We have independent intellectual property precision testing instruments that measure the internal geometric dimensions of each crystallizer copper tube and generate relevant inspection reports. In addition, the factory laboratory also supervises and controls every process of production and processing, from copper billets to final crystallizer copper tubes.
