ZDY900SG full hydraulic tunnel drilling machine for coal mine is a kind of high-speed construction equipment, which is suitable for the drilling of composite slice, diamond and rope core, and can be used for various engineering holes such as geological exploration holes, water injection holes, drainage holes, etc. The through-hole diameter of the rotator is large, and the drill pipe of various specifications can be used. The length of the drill pipe is not limited by the structure size of the drilling machine.The chuck, gripper and feed cylinder have linkage control function. In the hydraulic system, double pump control is adopted, the rotary parameters and feed parameters are adjusted independently, the variable oil pump and variable motor are combined for stepless speed regulation, and the speed and torque can be adjusted in a large range.

ZDY900SG rig is conducting wire-line coring boreholes in depth of 380 meters in underground golden mine. Indeed, relative high drilling efficiency(especially in hard rock formations)has been achieved by using wire-line coring equipment combining with hydro-hammer. The rig can drill exploration borehole during mining process in gold mine, iron mines, copper mines. etc. Wire-line coring methods are used both in vertical drilling and horizontal drilling which lead to comparative high coring efficiency.
