The automatic loading and unloading cage machine is divided into a cage loading system and an unloading cage system
The cage loading system is to pass the filled products from the modular conveyor line through the automatic bottle unscrambling mechanism to realize automatic bottle unscrambling, arrangement, and bottle separation, and then transfer the arranged solid cans or PET bottles by holding bottles or magnetic suction. Loading mechanism, the solid cans that have been sorted are sent to the sterilization cage smoothly as a whole, and are automatically compacted, arranged closely, and then sent to the position of entering the cage, and continue to cycle the next layer of transportation until the whole cage canning is completed. When the cage is full, the cage loading operation will be automatically stopped. Then it is transported to the sterilizing pot through the trolley circulation track for sterilization.
