Product Description
Performance and use:
PEG-10 polydimethylsiloxane is a modified silicone oil containing polyether groups, with an HLB value of about 4.5, and has excellent W/O and W/S emulsification properties. In addition, since volatile silicones constitute most of the external phase of the emulsion, the product has excellent spreadability and low viscosity, giving the skin a unique handfeel.
